We all have witnessed emotions fly on social media. Political and personal attacks, lies, smearing, and even memes that attack the integrity of a candidate. This is a test of your emotions, but will you pass? Don't be roped into jumping off your campaign game-plan by saying a regretful response on social media. This is how your opponent wants you to react. Yes, there are times you need to defend yourself. However, it is better for someone else to respond on your behalf. More importantly, 90 percent of the time you should never respond to a social media post trying to lure you into an unprofessional conversation. In politics, attacks blow over quickly. Don't throw fuel on the fire to allow the attack to stick around longer.
